"As a Registered Nutritionist I had been wanting to learn how to make sourdough myself, knowing the benefits to our gut of eating properly made bread, and since doing the course I have been baking my own, for home and for my husband to take into work! The course is really well organised and thorough, and I challenge even a non-baker to attend and not to come away with the skills of being able to make their own bread. Judith also shares my interest in the micro-biome (our gut bacteria) and is now starting courses on Kefir and yogurt which I would thoroughly recommend!"
